The rose is considered the queen of flower beds. In order for it to delight you with its lush flowering, you need to take care of it. Special attention should be paid to feeding in June, when the bushes bloom profusely.
It is necessary to apply a complex fertilizer during budding and the first flowering.
With the onset of June, it is necessary to feed the flowers every 10 days—with organic and mineral fertilizers.
Dissolve 10 g of nitrate, superphosphate, and potassium sulfate in a bucket of water.
Manganese, boron, iron, and magnesium can be added.
Mineral Fertilizers:
- Cow’s milk dissolved in water in a ratio of 1 to 10.
- Chicken manure dissolved in water in a ratio of 1 to 20.
- Herbal infusions.
- Ash and a little superphosphate should be added to these solutions.
Rose bushes are often affected by powdery mildew and black spot. It is necessary to moisten the bushes a little and shake them with ashes. After 60 minutes, you should wash the bushes with ordinary water and rinse the branches. In this way, you will protect roses from diseases and pests.
At this time, the bushes need frequent watering. Use warm water for this. It should be applied under the root. If it gets on the leaves, the sun can burn them.
Do not water the flowers with cold water.
