Everyone is well aware of the beneficial properties of ash, but it is necessary to use it correctly.

If there is too much ash, the plant will not thank you for it. To prevent this from happening, you need to set a feeding schedule and stick to it.

How to Feed Cabbage with Ash?

Most gardeners use ash when planting seedlings. It is enough to put a little ash in the hole before planting the seedlings. Thanks to this feeding, you will saturate the soil with useful minerals.

After a month, you need to feed the cabbage again. You need to dissolve a glass of ash and 50 grams of superphosphate in a bucket of water. Each bush will need 500 ml of the fertilizer. The fertilizer should not fall on the bush—apply it under the root. Carry out the next feeding after two weeks. Dissolve a glass of ash and 500 grams of manure in a bucket of water. Pour 1000 ml under each bush.

Such feeding is quite enough for early varieties of cabbage.

We wish you a good harvest!
