If you do not feed the radishes properly, don’t expect a good harvest, or perhaps you’ve used the wrong fertilizers. However, there is still hope for your crop! You can save it by spraying the seedlings. Urea is a great option for this. Simply dissolve a tablespoon of the powder in a bucket of water and then spray the radishes with this solution.
You will quickly notice that the radish starts to grow and develop much faster. This fertilizer is most effective when used in cool weather.
Another option is to prepare a solution using tomato tops. Chop up the tomato leaves and place them in a bucket, covering them with water. After a day, strain the solution and it will be ready to use. This homemade fertilizer not only protects radishes from diseases and pests, but also replenishes the soil with useful trace elements.
