Everyone knows that raspberry berries are rich in anthocyanins, a group of powerful antioxidants that help prevent heart disease.

To achieve a rich harvest of raspberries, proper feeding is essential. In July, it’s particularly important to provide the right nutrients for active fruiting. Here’s what to do to help your raspberries thrive and produce large, juicy berries.

Feeding Raspberries in July

Raspberries need extra nitrogen during this time. Since the bushes may lack nitrogen, it’s essential to feed them accordingly. You can use green manure or mullein infusion for this purpose. Spray the leaves with green manure infusion and apply the mullein infusion under the root.

Fertilizing Solution for Raspberries

Another effective solution is to dissolve a glass of ash in a bucket of water. Apply 15 liters of this solution per 1 m² to provide the necessary nutrients.

During Flowering

To promote strong fruiting, treat the bushes with boric acid during flowering. Dissolve the acid in a small amount of water, then add another 10 liters of water. Apply this solution under the root.

By providing these nutrients, your raspberries will grow large, healthy berries.

We wish you a good harvest!
